We will check the availability of the material and send you a confirmation along with the final price of the accessory.

*Materials are ordered once a month, on the 15th. From the time they arrive until the accessory is made (excluding delivery) takes approximately 14 business days. If you want to receive the accessory faster, please select the "Rush my order" option in the form.

Return conditions do not apply to accessories ordered through the "Make Your Own" section, as they are custom-made based on the specifications selected by the customer (such as color, size, and details). These orders are considered personalized and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

No first-time purchase discounts, promotional offers, or discount codes apply to orders made in the "Make Your Own" section, unless explicitly stated in the terms of a specific promotion.

An order is considered confirmed only after both parties have agreed on the final result. Once the choises are approved, an invoice will be sent to the customer’s provided email address, which can be paid via bank transfer. Order production begins only after payment is received, and the processing/shipping time may vary depending on the selected delivery method.
